Reverend Curtis McLendon
Reverend Curtis McLendon was elected to represent Ward 3 on the Union City Board of Education.
Reverend McLendon attended Emmaus Bible College and is currently the pastor of the Emmanuel Church of God in Christ. He is married to Gloria McLendon and they are the parents four children.
Reverend McLendon is a member of the Executive Board of the Ripley District COGIC and serves as District COGIC instructor. He is also a member of the Lake County Ministerial Alliance and a member of the Salvation Army. Reverend McLendon is a Board Member for Foster Care Review and is the Lake County Chairperson of Teen Summit. He is a Hospital Chaplain at Baptist Hospital, Union City. He has also served as a mentor for students in the Union City School System. He is also a member of the NAACP.
Reverend McLendon has earned Level V Boardsmanship designation.
